International Womens Day Celebration

Our Institution celebrated International Women’s Day – 2026 on 09-03-2026 with all pump and joy to celebrate the contribution of Women.

The gathering was welcomed by Dr. Poornima Jalawadi, Women Cell Co-ordinator, with a warm welcome speech.

Dr. Madhu B Srinath, Professor and Head, Department of Community Medicine, JSS Hospital, Mysuru, was the invited Chief Guest, who spoke about the importance of women’s empowerment and their role in building a healthy society.

Dr. Alka J K, Senior Professor and Head, Department of Rachana Sharira of our Institution congratulated all women and highlighted role in building a family and society.

The Presidential address was given by Dr. Sarbeswar Kar, Principal, JSSAMC, Mysuru who appreciated the efforts taken to celebrate the occasion and encouraged everyone to continue supporting women’s empowerment.
