Doctors’ Day Celebration
As a tradition, our Institution had organized Doctors’ Day celebration on 1st of July 2026 in the gracious presence of esteemed guests, faculty members, PG Scholars and UG students.
The function blissfully commenced with invocation by Dr. Amala Sunil and Dr. Maithri Joshi. All the guests and gathering were welcomed by Dr. Shivaprasad Hudeda, Vice Principal. The program was officially inaugurated by lighting the lamp by the guests and the faculty.
On this occasion, Chief Guest Sri R. Mahesh, Director, Medical Education Division, JSS Mahavidyapeetha, Mysuru presented his thoughts on the importance of Doctors and their influence in building up a healthy and responsible society.
This was followed by felicitation to the Guest Dr. Sanjay. M. Kadlimatti, Hospital Administrator & Professor, BLDEA’s AVS Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya Hospital and Research Centre, Vijayapura. In his talk, Sir shared his experiences and memories as a Doctor in serving humanity as a tradition and inspired many with courtesy in his speech. He also expressed his gratitude to all his teachers and others who helped in his career.
Presidential address was given by Dr. Sarbeswar Kar, Principal & Medical Superintendent where he shared his thoughts and wished everyone dedication in serving humanity with excellence.
Dr. Srihari. S, Vice Principal rendered the Vote of Thanks expressing heartfelt gratitude to all who contributed to the success of the programme.
